From its humble beginnings as a small firm to its current status as a leading company, OZOEMENA & ASSOCIATES has always been driven by its vision, mission, and values
Founding
OZOEMENA & ASSOCIATES was founded in 2021 by ESV Ozoemena Lawrence, a chartered estate surveyor and valuer with over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector. ESV Ozoemena Lawrence had a passion for providing quality and professional services to his clients, and a vision to create a reputable and reliable real estate firm in Nigeria. He registered the company with the Corporate Affairs Commission and obtained the necessary accreditations from the relevant professional bodies and government agencies. He started the company with a small office in Abuja and a handful of staff, but with a big ambition to grow and expand.
Growth and Achievements
OZOEMENA & ASSOCIATES grew rapidly and steadily over the years, thanks to its dedication to customer satisfaction, innovation, and quality. The company diversified its services to include valuation, development appraisal, property management, project management, real estate consultancy, facility management, and property agency. The company also expanded its network and presence to cover all the states of the Federation, by opening branch offices in Karu, Gwarinpa, Lugbe, Port Harcourt, Owerri, Jos, and Lagos. The company also invested in technology and equipment to enhance its efficiency and effectiveness. The company has handled numerous projects and assignments for various clients, including individuals, corporations, government agencies, and international organizations.

OZOEMENA & ASSOCIATES has a team of competent and seasoned professional staff with extensive experience in estate agency, facility and property management, investment appraisal, property management, and consultancy services. The team consists of the partners, the management team, and the major consultants. The team is led by the principal partner and the managing partner, who are both chartered estate surveyors and valuers with over 12 years of experience in the real estate sector. The team also collaborates with qualifed indigenous and foreign frms of specifc disciplines to complement its capabilities and achieve its goals. He is the principal partner and the chief executive officer of OZOEMENA & ASSOCIATES. He is also the managing director and the chief executive officer of Proponent Properties Limited, a subsidiary of OZOEMENA & ASSOCIATES. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management from the Federal Polytechnic Bida, Niger State. Professional Masters in ERM (Environmental Resource Management). He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIEVS) and a registered surveyor and valuer (RSV) by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). Certified Member of the Nigerian Institute of Auctioneers. CEO, Proponent Properties Limited since 2012 till date. He has over 12 years of experience in asset valuation, property development, and appraisal. He is responsible for the overall direction and strategy of the company.
