Valuation for Compensation
We provide valuation for compensation services for clients who are entitled to or liable for compensation for the acquisition, loss, or damage of their properties by the government or other entities. We assess the value of the properties based on the relevant laws and regulations, such as the Land Use Act, the Petroleum Act, the Minerals Act, and the Environmental Impact Assessment Act. We also consider the factors that affect the value of the properties, such as the location, size, condition, use, and potential of the properties. We prepare and submit the valuation claims or reports to the appropriate authorities or parties, and represent the clients in the negotiation or arbitration process.
Property Rating
We provide property rating services for clients who own or occupy properties that are subject to property tax or levy by the government or other agencies. We determine the rateable value of the properties based on the annual rental value, the capital value, or the site Value, depending on the rating system adopted by the relevant authority.
